This project started in 2022. On the internet I found an interesting idea for small boxes with hidden wooden hinges. I started out by making a few test hinges and then decided on the size of the boxes. I still had a lot of bandings I had made during a weeklong course at the Massachusetts Furniture Institute and never used. In the end I made 18 small boxes from different kinds of wood, inlays and banding.
